Help! baby chick not well?

one of my chicks is laying on its side and coughing up what appears to be water! Is this normal? or can i do something about it? i'll try to get a pic on here in a moment...

its alive for now, but keeps on coughing up some fluid, I don't know what, maybe water, but I'm worried....
edit - the chick has stopped coughing up liquid and is on its feet but still looks unwell
edit - after a nap it is almost all better!

i would removed it from the other chicks asap try and prop it where its sitting up thats what i would try and may be give soem apple cider vinager water and yogart but first thing first remove away from other chicks and clean cage of other chicks

i agree with segregation if you think it has an illness that may be contageous but that young personally i wouldnt feed it anything forcibly. But thats just me i dont mind culling one if it could spread to another rather than trying to saving it and getting the others sick.
