I did some reading about angel wing, which occurs in water fowl. This article mentions slipped wings in chickens, a feather issue:

I've never seen anything like this. I would lean towards it being some type of deformity or just something that didn't form correctly in the egg.

To everyone who was looking for an update. I woke up today and out of all the chicks I have, I can't tell which one was sick. Everyones wings seemed to be find. I came to the conclusion that It must have grown weird when in the egg and was stuck in a weird position and just needed time to stretch out. Thank you to everyone that helped, I really appreciate it!
