All my chicks are balding all over!! Any ideas? They have fresh pine bedding changed every morning. Heat lamp. Any ideas?

Brooder is to hot would be my first guess. How you got the brooder set-up? Temp?

They look wet. Is the bedding nice and dry? Are they spilling their water? Pic of your set up would be helpful. How many chicks? Age? Size of brooder (L x W)? Temp under heat lamp and at other end of brooder?
