Help! Baby chicks with worms?

First time chicken owner here and I just got my chicks a few days ago. They are only a few days old and when they first arrived their poo looked differently, more what I would expect of chicken poo. Now only after a day it look like they may have worms. I read around that it's rare for baby chicks and that they shed their lining but I am completely at a loss. Advice and knowledge would be very much appreciated!
