I found a baby duck outside my house on its back and I brought it inside and the head is down and it has been sleeping since I have taken it in, it has improved in its moving it is trying to move but it seems as though it gets tired easy and falls asleep. I give it water with a pacifier and I don't know what food to give it, any answers will be very helpful.

And I forgot to add that it looks about 3 weeks old and hasn't pooped or peed at all, won't eat by itself or drink by itself.

The can and do drink from a bowl at 3 days hatch so it might not be understanding what you're doing. To keep down on mess, if you have an empty sour cream container or something like it you can cut a hole in the lid big enough for it to put its head in completely (it will need to wash its eyes and nares...nostrils) so that it can drink and clean. Cutting up a small amount(like a pinch) of greens, untreated grass even, into teeny bits and floating it on the water helps stimulate their drinking as they try to get the greens. Unmedicated chick crumble is what you're going to want to feed. Very gently dipping the bill into the water once usually learns them where their drink is, a couple times sometimes needed. But a 3 day old duckling will eat and drink on its own if it's not poorly so a 3 week old would definitely be able to do so.

Thank you for your reply, I'm a bit worried now... It won't eat or drink, it just wants to sleep. I have it under a heat lamp and a heat pad with a blanket on top of it so it won't get to hot, hopefully it is just tired and will be better later tonight or tomorrow.

Yes, keeping it warm and mellow is the way to go. Every couple hrs or so, do try to encourage it to drink and eat and keep us posted!

Can you snap a pic of the little guy? That would help. Heat lamp should be fine, no need for a heating pad in addition...don't want to overheat the little sucker which is just as fatal as underheating. I'm thinking if we can see a pic maybe we can help you figure out what temp would be good

So sorry to inform you that he passed in his sleep a few hours ago, thank you so much for trying to help. Greatly appreciated.
