Help!! Bantam Americauna hit by stray bocce ball

While she was free ranging, my 18 week old bantam americauna hen was hit by an errant bocce ball. She imediately squawked and ran for cover. This happened several hours ago. She was hit on the right side, directly on her wing. She limped her way back to the coop. When she turns her head to the right, she staggers a bit, but does not fall. She managed to fly pretty high (six feet high) to roost tonight. She seems to be resting normally. I am new at owning chickens- hatched her along with several others. Should I isolate and monitor her? What could I give her to get her through- any pain meds or extra vitamins? What should I look for? Help! I am worried about the poor thing . . .

I'd check on her once and a while just to see if she gets better or worse.
