Help! Becoming a Chicken Resue

My friend recently called me in a minor panic asking me if I wanted 3 Bantam Hens.. Telling her, I already have 8 and not sure how much more room I can spare without building a new coop, but what is the situation. They were in the hands of an animal "rescue/horder" person... I tell her of course I will take them and try to find them good homes...
Well, she brings them over and here is what I see....

Oh my goodness.. 3 adorable Bantam Cochins .... They are just 5 days old and have fleas...

Can I give these guys a bath? and if so, do I use anything being that they are so young?

Oh wow, they are adorable! You can dust them with a good quality poultry dust, it won't harm them. Bathing chicks that young is risky, as they can get chilled very quick. Enjoy them!
