Help! Bird being picked on.

One of our silver phoenix hens is being picked on by the rest of the flock. We have 5 SP, 2 RIR and 1 EE, all hens.
All 7 of the other birds are doing it but the EE hen is relentless.
She has lost weight but is eating alone now when I let the other birds out of the coop. I have been giving her cooked eggs that she doesn't have to fight for. Any suggestions on how to break this behavior?
