HELP! Birds Suddenly Falling!

This morning I went to give my quails clean food and they all rushed to it and ate happily (same food I always give them) and an hour later I checked on then and 3 quails and sitting. I went out and usually when I open the cage they start going crazy and running away, but these ones just stayed there, even when I reached out to pick them up! I put them down and they swayed.

What's going on?!?!?! A disease? Are my other birds going to get it?

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.

1) They button quails, 2 months of age, not sure the weight but they feel the same as the one that aren't sick
2) They just sit with their eyes partially closed and walk around on their knees.
3) They just started having these symptoms. Even in the morning they are happy and healthy.
4) I have 8 quail and 3 show this behavior
5) One has bleeding on the top of it's beak which I treated.
6) I feed them regularly, and I know I'm feeding them the right food. Sometimes I give them finch seed like I have been doing for a year now.
7) They ate a lot when I gave them more food that morning, but then when I noticed their behavior, I picked them up and tried giving them water but they just laid their face in it.
8) Their poop is runny.
9) So far I cleaned their butts and feet because they were dirty and put them on a towel but they got off. One had a wound and I treated it with facial anti-bacteria ointment
10) My parents won't allow me to take them to a vet or see anybody, that's why I'm asking for help

12) I have two large 4' by 2' cages and 5 quails are in one and 3 in the other. In the cage with 5 quails, 3 are sick. In the other cage they're all healthy. I use bird bedding from the pet store. (the one with the least dust. Not shavings of any kind) They have lizard plants (plastic) in their cage that they like sitting under when it's sunny.

And this morning when I went to check on them, they didn't show these symptoms at ALL anymore.
