help brinsea mini advaced won't turn !!!!

ok I bought this incubator a couple days ago and I put eggs in there I put an X and a o on each side of each eggs so I know if it is turning and it's not turning!!! I don't have upside down because the ribbed side is facing up !!? everything is in place !!! but I did notice that the egg disc isn't completely flat it is alittle raised up in the middle could that be the problem? plz help what do I do

Is the turning setting "ON"? Also it automatically shuts off turning if the "days" are less than 2.
