Okay, so my chicken survived a fox attack. And long story short she is not bleeding anywhere just missing feathers. She still seems to be full alert, but cannot walk. She tries to walk, but when she goes to step on her opposite leg falls over... what can I do!?

Please, can't anyone help me?
I have her in the chicken coop with the rest of the chickens, but in the dog crate I use to transport my chickens. I got her to drink water.
She will try and walk on her leg, but then flop over.

Anybody know anything!?

Broken leg can be tricky. Is her leg swollen or bent,no protruding bones? You can try putting a splint on her leg, popsicle sticks work. Check her leg after 2 weeks, remove splint. Yes,keep her separate,i would give her electrolytes, keep her quiet and calm. See if after you splint leg,she can balance herself or try to put pressure on it. Sure it is broken, not just a sprain or muscle damage. For a sprain, soak in epsom salt bath for 15-20 mins. Try and get her to eat, give favorite foods. She probably is in pain,i have heard on this forum that you can give baby aspirin,it goes by size of bird. Here is a link https://sites.google.com/a/poultrypedia.com/poultrypedia/poultry-podiatry

Nope no protruding bones. I'm not 100% sure if its broke. I'm just assuming. She can put very little pressure on it before falling over. I got her to drink and will try to get her to eat in the morning.
I may be taking her to the vet to see what is really going on. The vet said it should be no more than a regular office visit if they just have to splint it. But if it is going to be too costly I will just put her out of her misery. Especially since I still have a fox running around.
I am not a sharp shooter, and missed it. I am very disappointed in myself. I know it will be back though. So I am penning my chickens up, and. I know it can hop the fence. But I figure i have a better chance of shooting it if its only going by the fence vs. Wherever my chickens just happen to be.

And I could not see any swelling. But she is keeping her leg that is injured curled up by her body.

Try the epsom salt soak. Feel her leg,can you fell broken bone? If not broken she is keeping it curled up because it hurts. Hopefully everything will go fine at the vet.

Well I decided that 50$ just to make an appointment for a chicken was ridiculous.
Since there was nothing wrong with the chicken other than her leg, and I don't own an axe, not would I want to shoot the chicken. I came up with a perfect solution and brought her to the Amish. They took her happily, even though she had be attacked, and I know they ate her, but if I were to kill her she would have just gone to waste and been buried. So I was happy to have thought of that solution.
