HELP broody turkey hen

She is sitting on 11 eggs, the only problem is that i have no male so they are not fretile. What should i do? Should i buy some fertile eggs and try to replace the others help help

When Turkeys go broody not much you can do to stop it. I would replace the eggs with some fertile duck, chicken, goose, anything. Otherwise she will sit on them until they explode one by one and then abandon the nest. Right now I have a girl on Turkey eggs, one on peacock eggs, and one on goose eggs. I was taking thier eggs so they found another nest to make thier own.

If you can find some just hatched poults buy a few and go slip them under her at night and remove the eggs. She will raise them like her own.

Thanks for the replys. I am trying to find some eggs local but not having much luck, there are some chicks for sale but they are 8.00 a chick is that alot thanks again, Kim
