My ramp outside I wound up piling dirt around it so they could easily navigate it.

As for the food and water in the coop, as long as they are getting it that’s what’s important. It’s personal preference only.

I haven't noticed them at the water as it is outside the nest box but they may have had some today. I know they have been eating the food. I wasn't really worried yet since I have read that the yolk sack can sustain them for 3 days and they just turned 2 days tonight. I will be sure to show them the waterer tomorrow morning though to be sure (in case mom hasn't since it normally isn't in there). I will have to see if I have a picture of my ramp. My coop is 18-24" off the ground so it is a LONG ramp and goes high but isn't steep and has rungs going on the way down. I hope the can navigate it!
