Help - California white chick - what is normal size?

I'm new at this, have 13 chicks, 1 CA white, all about 2 weeks old. The CA white is bigger than the rest, and her feet and butt seem oddly large compared to her head. She looks as though even sitting or standing isn't comfortable. Also, she seems to be breathing faster than all the others.
Has anyone had any experience with this type of chicken? Is this just an awkward growth phase?
