One of my turkey eggs that I collected from the nest on 3/9 has a dark mass at the top of the wide part of the egg. I thought this is where the air sack is supposed to be. What does this mean?

A friend of mine that has candled eggs before came over and 11 of the 12 eggs have chicks!! I did not think I would get so many and I just added 11 more turkey eggs and 15 chicken eggs to the incubator....I was not planning on having so many, the hen's are still laying and I am going to let them raise the poults.

Eat the eggs until the hen gets broody and then let her keep a set to sit on.
You might get a month or two of eggs to eat.
