HELP! Can't post a new listing in the "For Sale" section

Hi,
I'm trying to relocate my laying hens and their coop, but I am unable to post an ad. Is there something else I need to do first? I have created an account and my email has been verified.

Any ideas or suggestions?

You need to let the system catch up and refresh.
