I have hatched a few chicks but this baby came out struggling. It can’t walk. It only seems to be able to push one leg and go in circles. Hatched about 30ish hours ago. I left her in the Incubator for hours and she didn't fluff up. So I took her out (I know you are supposed to leave them but her feathers were dry and almost stuck together? Hardened almost like glue. Not wet)
I’ve ordered a water mix to help her nutrient intake. She will take water from the syringe. I’m not sure how much to give her. What to do. She’s a fighter and she made it through the night. I want to give her whatever she needs! I’ve mixed some of the food crumbles with apple sauce, but she doesn’t seem to have interest in food. Takes the water though. But I’m not sure how often I should give her water? How much? Any advice is appreciated. Video in comments or attached

She opened her mouth like she’s gasping even if I give one drop at a time. Does anyone know what this is??
