HELP, CDT shot dose for baby nigerian

I got a vile of CDT to give my baby goat (born july) his shots. I am wondering if anyone knows the dose for him and the dose for adult nigerians? I have a 3cc needle. I have read how to give it but i have no clue the dose.
Also when do i follow up with the booster? I have him on medicated goat feed for cocci(all they had) and the adults eat it as well. This bag when done will be replace by regular feed.

2ml SQ injection for Adults and Kids. It does not matter what the weight is. Second shot given in 3 weeks.

If the adults have been vaccinated before, they only need one shot
The kids need 2 this time, and then a yearly booster

I know i have done this but it was in units and i am still confused! I got a 3cc syringe 20 gage needle
