HELP!!! chick laying on floor of incubator

my hen left her nest with one chick still trying to hatch. I put it in my Brinsea mini and it has hatched but is still laying on the floor chirping and moving around but not getting up. how long should it lay there before it gets up.

Unfortunately it may never get up and that's why mama hen left it. They know better than us. Good luck hope it turns out ok

One of my turkeys laid and slept for a full day before even trying to stand. There may be hope yet.
