HELP!!Chick walking weird!!!!

I have a 5 day old chick that on the first two days after hatching out would flip over on its back and stay there for I do not know how long. And now, both of its legs go outward from its body. I am worried about it and help ME!!

It is spraddle leg? Try a search on that & see if that matches. There should be lots of posts on how to address it but you'll need to do so quickly.
