Help. Chick with splayed leg?

Hi everyone!
Just now checked on the broodies in their house and the first one to hatch has their leg sticking out. It can move the leg in all ways but isn’t mobile. I have them in here with me now. Joints are not swollen, hot, nor cold. Everything else seems normal. They are less than two days old. Maybe even one day or less. Does this look and sound like splayed leg and if so what’s the procedure for helping them? I don’t know anything about splayed leg at all. Side note, Wasn’t expecting the coloring of this Silkie chick as they are an offspring of a white one and a grey one!

I did some googling and I’m sure it’s splayed/spraddled leg. Here is what I’ve done- so far, so good, knock on wood

Is it one chick or two being affected?
Could you take a picture of it standing on it's own?
Check the toes, are they curled?

You may also want to give your chick a little boost with poultry vitamins that contain B2 (Riboflavin) or crush up 1/4 tablet of human B-Complex and add it to her feed for a few days.

Just one. I use they/them as a gender neutral label when the situation calls for it.

Update: chick’s leg situation is improving.

The chick is now named Sonic. Treatment is two weeks in. The leg has improved but not as much as I had hoped for at this point. The leg is still out of skew but not so extreme. They are able to move it more and put weight on it. Treatment will continue.
