Our 6 week old chick isn’t eating or drinking. Frequent eye closing. Some in flock has died of illness, we are trying to force feed her and she is taking the food if we help her, how often should we feed her?

What should we feed her? She is very lethargic. We are giving her medicated food and scrambled eggs

What were the symptoms of the ones that died? Have they had a heat source until their feathers grew in? Have they had any lethargy, runny poops, not eating, puffing up or hunched posture, or weakness? At this age if they have had those symptoms, you should treat them with Corid (amprollium) 2 tsp per gallon of water for 5-7 days, and make sure they are drinking the water.

Yea the have there feathers in currently, and I didn’t notice any signs of illness with the other two. This one is really larthagic, and can’t stand on her feet without falling over.

The poop is runny, and we gave her some liquid medicine for resonatory disease

Get some Corid at your feed store as soon as possible. Right now try giving some milk and yogurt, or buttermilk to drink. Fluids are needed until you can get Corid. If you lose another, you can try to get a necropsy by your state poultry vet from this list to find a cause:
