Help! Chicken allergies?!

Every year around spring-summer, one of my hens gets bubbly eyes and sneezes regularly. Her breathing seems to be fine. Could this be seasonal allergies? If so, what can I do to help her?

It's possible. There are environmental factors that can cause the symptoms you're seeing; feed dust, dust from dust bathing, pollen, pesticide use in the yard, ammonia fumes from soiled bedding, dander, mold and fungal issues.
You can monitor your hen and inspect the inside of your coop for some of the things I mentioned and take corrective action as the case may be. Otherwise unless she has some type of respiratory disease, which I doubt, there's not much else that can be done.
