Help-chicken is limping and won’t perch

We thought she might have bumble-foot so brought her in for a epsom salt soak but after it doesn’t look (first picture) like it as I do not see a scab but we also noticed that her bottom is missing feathers and looks red (second picture). She is definitely favoring her left leg, won’t move around more than she has to and won’t perch at night. She is eating and drinking (when put close to the feeder) and she also laid an egg today. This seems to have come on suddenly, she was fine yesterday morning but would hardly move when we looked in on them in the evening. I know I am kind of jumping around but trying to include everything I can think of. None of the other chickens (6) have any symptoms. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

It looks like a bumble on the foot pad and a couple on toe pad. Her lower belly looks like she has been feather picked by another chicken. I would watch to see if she is pecking herself as well. I might use some BluKote on the red skin every 2 days to cover the red, so it doesn’t attract more pecking. If you see a bully, think about trying some pinless peepers.
