Welcome to BYC! So sorry about your hen.

Looks like she may not be eating a whole like you said, judging by her dropping.

How old is she and what is her breed?
When was her last egg?
How does her crop feel?
Is she drinking?

Try offering her some meat, fish, or eggs and see if she'll take it.
If she doesn't take it I would get food into her yourself. One way is to wet her feed down enough until you can make little balls and pop those into her mouth.

The issue was resolved, I believe she was actually in the early stages of being eggbound. She later puffed up and laid an egg after a few tries. She’s still under my observation but is now eatting okay. Thank you for the immediate help though! I really appreciate it! And just in case you were wondering, she’s a four year old Americana or Easter Egger.

I'm so glad to hear she's doing well!
Struggling to lay an egg definitely makes them lethargic, once they lay they perk back up. Just incase this happens again, get some Calcium Citrate +D3 and give her one tablet right into the mouth. It'll help her pass the egg. It may be good to start her on it now for a couple days just in case she has any more issues sooner.
