Help! Converting Playhouse to Chicken Coop

Wow! What great ideas! I need suggestions! I want to convert an old playhouse to a chicken coop/ tractor with a run. It's in good condition except the roof needs to be replaced. I already have roofing material. The plywood on the side is old but in okay shape. The framing is sturdy. I am going to move it to another location. I thought about adding a door to the large opening for cleaning access, For nesting boxes, possibly adding 1 each to 3 of the small openings. A fourth small opening could be chicken access to the run. I will add wire to all open spaces for the summer and removable siding for the winter months. We live in South Carolina: mild winters and hot summers. Am I on the right track? Thanks so much!

Yes, I would do exactly what you plan on doing but make sure there is proper ventilation.
