Chirping
I had 3 pip this morning and one was trying to zip and it yellow liquid (maybe the yolk?) started leaking out. What do I do?!

you could also try the thread hands on hatching. for a different approachI had 3 pip this morning and one was trying to zip and it yellow liquid (maybe the yolk?) started leaking out. What do I do?!
I usually candle to determine if there is movement, If there is or it looks like it is still going, I would leave them. They could hatch a couple days late.
with my last broody the last couple of days I waited till dark and used the brightest flash light I have( small enough that I can use my hand to cup it to the egg) when I looked through the fat end into the air sack I could see if the baby was shadowing( internally piped) or moving, or on a few I saw that the air cell had not "drawn down" and that there was too much liquid and with the lack of veins I knew that the egg was a quitter. I don't know if this helps? It sounds like your air cell was a little large??
Can you see the chick's beak? Is the chick breathing, peeping or moving? If the chick is able to breathe ok, I personally would not try to assist or do anything hands on at this point. I'm thinking the chick needs more time in the egg. Can you see if the chick is in the right position? I'm wondering if it has not yet absorbed the yolk sac and somehow ruptured it? I can't quite see what is what in the pic. I would keep an eye out to make sure the chick can breathe and keep it moist to avoid the chick getting shrink wrapped.
I just realized you posted this yesterday. Did the chick hatch or is it still in the egg?
