Help! Day 26 duck egg dead? Or not?

I have an ancona duck egg in the incubator. One died already and the remaining egg looks strange on day 26. You can see the outline of the air sac just looking at the egg and it hasnt been shaking or peeping at all:/

Try candling it. If it looks infertile, just toss it, if it looks like a chick is in it, very carefully use a needle to pry up some shell and see if the chick is alive or not.
