HELP Day old chick is wobble and having a hard time standing up

My chick hatched a little later than the others, at day 24. He came out and could not get off his back. I put him in a little plastic container and wrapped him in a paper towel and put him back in the incubator. He dried off and was standing when I woke up this morning, He is chirping a ton but when I tried to put him in the brooder, he falls over easy. I talk him out of the brooder and tried to give him some electrolites and out him back in the incubator, with that water, lowering the temp to 95 degrees. Is there anything else I can do for him? Should try to put him in the brooder and separate him from the others or leave him in the incubator? HELP please

It is falling back sometimes when he is falling asleep.

Are his feet okay, no severely curled toes or slipped tendons?

Feet are perfect. He is walking slowly and nodding off but when I put him in the brooder he cant stand on his own well. He falls over a lot. In the incubator he is standing but only for short seconds at a time.
