HELP!! Deformed chicken born with excessive under beak and no eyes!

I thought it was just the beak and now it’s the eyes. I don’t want to kill it. What to do?

If she is completely blind she'll probably need special care all her life. (free-ranging isn't a good idea/she'll need to be in a predator proof coop with GENTLE flock mates that won't pick on her) If she has more deformities than just the beak and eyes you may have to consider the chicks quality of life and if you can even provide the care it would need. I'm so sorry this happened. Having a struggling chicken can be so devastating
 
I don't think there is much you can do at this point. You can let it fluff up and see how its does.
you'll probably want to isolate it though if it's with other chicks because they may pick on her.
