Help. Do I buy this used incubator or not?

THis is an LG that is 10 years old used only a couple of times per the seller. I don't mind the LG's. Have used one and while it's a challenge, I'm ok with it.

THe other choice is $1000 for a incubator and hatcher !! LOL

Has the LG changed in the last 10 years? for the better? or worse??
