Help does chicken have Coryza!

Today i watered down the run because it was super hot. Alot of dust started to collect and my chicken started weezing and sneezing. She's had this before every since she was one and it just comes back randomly. She is now 3 and advise! Other then that she is fine

Can you get a close up? Hard to tell from the distance, even when zooming in.

If there are no respiratory disease symptoms in your other birds, then it's not Coryza nor any other respiratory disease.
It's most likely an environmental issue and I believe you answered your own question:
Dust is the problem.
