Your temp is too high !!! It should be 99.5-100 .

No one has ever hatched a double yolker. You can try, but expect the worst. One should pip on day 21, then you can help.

A still air bator runs from 101-102. A forced air runs from 99.5-100. But, humidity should be between 60-65% until they start to hatch. Then it will go up with them hatching.

Speckledhen tried to do a double yolker and made it into hatch and lost them. If I remember correctly they put a hole in the air cell end because the air cell wouldn't be big enough for both chicks. I would follow Speckledhen's reasoning put a hole in the end.
