Help! Duck with an injured leg.

I have a 3 month old Pekin with an injured leg. i don't know how it happened. She came out of the pond one day to eat and was limping. She is now not using it at all. She can move the leg but won't get up. It seems to be swollen where her foot and leg come together. I was wondering what I could do for her. I have seen somethings about keeping her where she can't move at all so i have done that. I also have seen something about giving her asprin but don't know how much to give her. And put her in warm water, but don't know how often to do do. Any help would be nice, I feel so bad for her.
