help! Duckling got squashed and now his leg is crooked!

I let my 9 one week old bantam ducklings outside to meet my 3 one month old regular sized ducks. 2 of my big duck were mean and one of them layed down on little baby guido! When I got my big duck off of him his little leg was all crooked. I think this is a result of being sat on, but I have so many of them it is possible this was happening before the incident, maybe a niacin deficiency? He walks on it sparingly and it looks painful. What can I do for him?!?
btw, my big ducks got a stern talking to and are confined to a time out in their coop for a couple minutes (They are difficult to stay mad at

Any photos? if its broken you might could bind it with small crafting popcicle sticks (cut to size) and medical tape
