Help! Ducklings just hatched, now what?

Hi! My two abandoned mallard eggs just hatched! Current temp is 97 and humidity is 75% in incubator with fan. What should those levels be before we move them to the brooder? Also, that's a lot of yolk coming out of one, is that normal?

This article may be helpful. With regard to the gunk stuck to the back of the duckling, that may just be normal hatching goop from inside the egg - can you get a pic of the umbilical area for confirmation?
