Help..early hatch cayuga

Ok.. I've had issues with my ducks ,,,, momma flipped out and started to tear apart eggs. have had 2 successful hatches..4 deaths sadly.... this little one piped yesterday afternoon... husband got excited and started to help.. he wasn't ready. still has a thin vein visible I .have been wetting membrane every 2 hours or so and have a humidifier going in my bathroom. which is my duck "hatchery" as I don't have an incubator . How long til vein disappears and its safe to finish hatching? We were able to hatch other two successfully this way....
