How old is she?

When did she last lay an egg?

What measures have you already taken?

To help her pass the stuck egg feed her once daily a tablet of alcium citrate 600+ vitamin D3 for at least 5-6 days.

You can also give her a warm epsom salt bath for as long as 10-15 minutes. Then dry her with a towel and blow dryer on low heat, be careful not to overheat her and put her in a warm, dimly lit room in a separate cage to rest.

And it is important to keep her well hydrated, she needs to have access to fresh clean water 24/7.
