Hello,
I am needing advice on one of my hens who is partially egg bound/and maybe prolapsed. She had the egg shell hanging off her rear, and it is now gone, but what is left is the soft, rubbery part of the egg. It is hanging out her vent, which is protruded out. She is not fully prolapsed, as we have had that happen before. But, I am afraid she will be if it doesn't come out.
What is the best and safest way to get it out...warm water? For how long? Or is there something else I can do for her? She is trying to push it out over and over and I really worry she will get worse.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
