HELP! External pip, but mom left nest with others

So yesterday I had 6 peepers.
Today I got NINE peepers.
Mom has led the 9 to water and left nest.
One egg left in nest that has externally pipped.

Will she come back to the nest?
Do I need to intervene?
And if I do intervene, what the heck do I do!!! LOL

Should I put it on heating pad?
Put damp paper towel over it?
I could see bill and feathers.

I think I'm leaving it for now.
She brought all nine home for dinner so I'm hoping she's heading back to nest soon.
That will allow her to hatch out the last one.
If she's not back on nest by dark, I'll go get it and do the best I can.
