Help ! first eggs are soft, no shell 2 out of 3 today like that

Help please ! I have 22 chickens that will be 20 weeks tomorrow, they are on Layena crumbles (since week 17 1/2 was the start-n-grow) they have oyster shell and get BOSS every morning with a little scratch. We got our first egg about a week ago, have been getting about an egg a day (skipped one day) then today we got 3, but 2 were soft, my daughter saw one lay it right in front of her on the perch and it fell to the floor, (it had no shell) any ideas, thank you so much in advance.... I also give them wheat sprouts about twice a week ..

Since these are new layers it is pretty normal, they are still getting their system worked out. Sounds like you are doing everything can.

I am a worrier and wanted to make sure all was well. Out of the 7 eggs the girls have layed, today we got our first one in the nesting box ! Thanks so much for your response, we will hope for the best !

I had my first eggs have really wierd shapes. So anything is normal.
I wouldnt worry.
