Help first time raising

What does it mean when their feet are red when they came out of the bath tube filled with water?And they are big and not big like about 3in?

I use a thermometer, and the water is 90 degrees F. Temperature is important at their young age, both in the brooder and the tub. Mine also spend 3 to 5 minutes in the tub, then back into a clean warm brooder. If they don't start preening themselves dry right away, I gently pick them up and into a dry towel on my lap for a few seconds to absorb some of the water and "inspire" them to take better care of themselves.
