Help for sick chicks?

Can anyone give me a guess off-hand what this might be?
It started with a different chick who I noticed was listless and skinny. Then this one with the weird eye..
I have them plus 2 others separated, and will be giving medicated feed and some vitamins/electrolytes in their water.
Up until now I've just fed regular chick starter and fresh water..
Any help/ideas are appreciated.
