On Monday I received a message from our gardener that he sprayed a weed and feed on my lawn. I had him send me a picture of the product so I could do some research .... and since my girls have been locked up
I have been given the evil eye from them ever since
I have searched and searched and can't seem to find anything that states "don't let your chickens out". The only pet warning on the label is "keep pets inside while spreading", "avoid breathing dust while spreading", and "may cause skin irritation" ... but all those only apply during the application of the product. I have been watering like crazy to try and dilute it .... whatever I can do.
My girls are not laying yet. When will it be safe for them to be let out? They typically hang out in my bark and flowers but do hang out on the lawn on occasion.
I know I am going to get lots of reply's about how bad it is ... yes I know. But it's done ... and I've instructed him to never lay a product without informing me first. I just don't want to poison my girls.
