I have some pullets that have growths on their combs and their wattles and I don't know what the are. they started out as little bumps and they get bigger and bigger! and more keep coming! if a chicken pecks them they get one like that to. I don't have a pic yet but I will get one when I get home. I just want to know if they will be ok!

It looks like fowl pox. Just make sure she is eating well. Sometimes they can get wet pox inside the beak which can be serious, but the dry pox usually clears up in 3-4 weeks. Some put iodine on the scabs to dry them up, but don't remove scabs since it will spread it. They are immune to that particular strain after having it. There is a vaccine for those in warm humid areas where mosquitoes are a problem, and for those who haven't had it.
