Help! Hatch gone crazy...

We have one hen that's constantly going broody. Three weeks ago, I decided to let her go ahead and sit a nest (she sat last year, but had no hatchlings from that set). We put 9 eggs in her nest and she's faithfully kept them through the last weeks. Yesterday, one of the eggs hatched, and she's seemingly forgotten about the others. When I went to check the nest, I found 2 severely damaged eggs that have not yet pipped, but are still live chicks. I'm pretty sure one of my other hens went after these eggs through the sides of the cage - the broody hen had moved them to the edge of the cage. Tomorrow is day 21. I'm not sure what I can do to help,if anything. Both chicks are breathing, and peeping. Should I leave them be? I brought them inside for two reasons: 1) Today is the hottest day we've had yet, and I was afraid they would start to dry out. 2) The nest is in the coop (though inside a cage) and I'm apprehensive about bacteria issues now that the shells are busted. I've attached a pic below, and any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Thanks!

If they are going to survive you will have to put them in a incubator and constantly keep checking and making sure they do not get shrink wrapped by dampening the membrane or you could chance it by putting them back under your broody hen but I honestly do not know as I'm no expert maybe someone more experienced can step in
Good luck and I hope they pull through
Ella :)

i would say keep then in an incubator if you have one with a damp paper towel or tissue to help them not dry out, if they haven't loss to much blood maybe they will hatch with a little help but they look pretty bad

I don't have an incubator, but I followed some recommendations I found for emergency incubation. They're both settled in, still breathing, and look moist. Here's hoping they make it... Thanks for the replies, everyone!

Similar thing just happened to me except my dog got the eggs. I honestly think he was trying to help the babies as he typically mothers the babies.

One is out all the way, the other two are still viable but haven't made progress. Been about 4 hours since he got them.

I would put a broken clove of garlic in their water if and when they hatch to help with infection.
