Help hatched chicks are dying?!?

I had 2 eggs hatch in my incubator the one chick was moving around decently but the other just lays there with it's legs out behind it. I moved them to a brooder but now they are both lying there w legs straight behind them they wiggle around without using them at all. The oldest is now almost 4 days old the other 3....what's wrong with them and is there anything I can do to help them?!?

Have u put there beaks in water

Yes they drink when I do that but they can't seem to stand up at all

Try a little sugar in water. Where r they under light or away from it may be to hot or cold
