help! Hatching chick

I am hatching chicks for the first time and out of twelve eggs only one has hatched so far. Another egg has pipped and this gooey liquid is coming out of the hole. I am hearing muffled chirping noises (I don't even know if it is coming from that egg) but I don't know if I should help it out or just leave it alone! Does anyone know what to do?? Here are a few pictures.
