HELP! Hen aspirated poultry cell

I always put just a little in at a time in the corner of the chicken's mouth and then back off and let them close their beak to swallow. I'm not sure how it happened, can I do anything to help her? She's definitely gurgling.

Di you accidentally squeeze on her crop when handling her? That could cause her to spit up some food from the crop, and choke on it. If she just aspirated some Poultry Cell, I would just watch her. She should get better with some time.

All I could get her to eat today was a little watermelon several hours ago, her crop has been empty. My husband found this "chicken heimlich" video on YouTube and tried it since she was really struggling... she isn't gurgling anymore but there is a loud click when she breathes and she was so sleepy she couldn't stand up or keep her eyes open anymore. He didn't think she would make it through the night anyway but I definitely didn't want the prospect of her going like this.
