Help Hen suddenly sick- trouble breathing

Pepper is a 2 yo Brahma. She dashed out of her pen with the rest of the girls, nibbled some seed, started a dust bath and then just sat there. She is droopy, lethargic and having labored breathing. She just sits there. She is usually skitish and would never allow you to just pick her up. She hasn't shown any signs of illness. Except for the lack of egg laying the last couple weeks. But her belly doesn't feel unusual. I don't know if she will make it through the night. This will be the second to go in a month. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.
